I'd just like to mention that I had seen the movie many times before actually reading the book. I never planned on reading any of the Harry Potter books, because I was quite happy with the movies, but did so on my cousins request and how she thought, for me loving the movies, it'd be important to read the books to understand the characters more in-depth. OOTP is my third favorite so far in the series, POA being my first & HBP being my second. I loved how different this book is from the movie, which I loved, and found myself actually enjoying the book much more then I did the movie. This book did take me quite sometime to read, simply because I was originally renting it from my local library during the summer time and hadn't been able to finish it before it was due, and someone else had a hold on it, therefor I had to return it and wait to rent it out again. I ended up buying the anniversary edition box set in november, which was when I was finally able to finish the book. Had it not been for that dilemma, I'm sure I'd have finish the book much sooner, seeing how much I loved it and it's story line. A 6 out of 5 stars for keeping me wanting more and all the wonderful twists and turns in the plot line that kept me surprised.
